Hamza Mustafa is a dynamic and visionary leader with a proven track record of success in the hospitality, real estate, and the asset management industry.
Hamza holds an Executive Development Degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science from Dubai Higher College of Technology in Financial Services and Information Technology, further underscoring his exceptional academic credentials. His inspiring leadership and exceptional business acumen have earned him a reputation as one of the most influential figures in his industries.
Hamza has been a part of Dubai's journey of evolution for almost 25 years, leading various key projects that have reshaped the city's various industries. He led the development of Nakheel's iconic island, Palm Jumeriah, and oversaw the growth of Dubai World's investment company, Istithmar World. Hamza is also credited with spearheading the transformation of the historic Queen Elizabeth 2 (QE2) Hotel into a floating entertainment destination.

Parastu is a senior lawyer with many years of experience working in both the UAE and the EU. She is a corporate commercial lawyer also providing advisory services, structuring advice, due diligence assistance, risk assessments, assistance with negotiations and document drafting. Able to implement customized compliance programs, contract management systems and related projects for multinational clients. Parastu is a valuable member of the team working on digital asset-related projects.
